We sell computers, computer components, and custom-built PC systems.
Some products may include outlet, open-box, refurbished, or used items.
All prices are listed in Euro.
Price changes, technical changes, and errors are reserved.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or stock errors.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on our website or by individual agreement.
A purchase agreement may also be concluded via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Willhaben, or email.
The order becomes binding once the customer confirms the order, price, or payment intention in writing.
Custom-configured or reserved systems may require a deposit.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once components are ordered or assembly has begun.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and testing procedures.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Free shipping does not mean free returns.
Visible transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt unless legal exceptions apply.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for custom-built systems according to applicable law.
The buyer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We provide a 12-month warranty for used, outlet, or refurbished products.
For new components and newly assembled systems, we provide 18 to 24 months warranty depending on the product.
Statutory consumer rights under Austrian law remain unaffected.
For used products, the statutory warranty period may be reduced to 12 months where legally permitted.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Serial numbers of installed components are documented for fraud prevention purposes.
Some products may show signs of previous use or come with opened or replaced packaging.
We are not liable for data loss, software issues, incompatibilities, or indirect damages.
Customers are responsible for backing up their personal data.
Most product images show the actual products or systems being sold.
Minor differences may occur due to lighting, display settings, or technical updates.
Personal data is used only for order processing.
Goods remain the property of GreenZonePC until fully paid.
Austrian law applies.
